It's always someone else's fault......
Sorry if it wasn’t clear, she was driving...laughlaugh
You let her drive it??!! I let my other half drive mine once too and she is threatening to do it again, but I keep reminding her that there is no way I am going to let her do so if she treats the wheels the same way as she does on her own car. Every one is kerbed... eek

Actually it’s very much her baby, and will be looked after as such, occasionally I get to drive it.cool

I think she’s only kerbed a wheel once and she was gutted and immediately sent it to be repaired, most of her cars leave us in as good a condition as they arrived, only the miles have gone up...I also understand that she is not fitting the typical stereotype...although she definitely can’t navigate laughlaugh

Went for a quick blast out , 2 miles from home heard my tyre making funny noises , no drop in pressure and couldn’t see anything so crept home slowly.

Jacked it up to have a look only to see...a 75mm x 10mm bolt in the middle of the offside rear tyre.

The same offside rear tyre I replaced about 200 miles ago due to picking another bolt up.

What a b ugger......

It’s well beyond repair I’m afraid, new tyre being fitted on Wednesday.

Gathering at Aston Martin Newcastle earlier - decent turnout, nice cars and some good banter...the bacon and sausage sarnies were nice too...

Hi Buster

I only found out via a mate (Paul S with the Mac) - I’m still not sure who actually organised it! It wasn’t Aston Martin Newcastle

Hopefully catch up soon

Perhaps we should have a proper NE run out in the next week or so?
