Trying out a set of black wheels (as opposed to the original silver lightweights) and new 4S tyres (previously corsas).

If I keep them I need to sort out some tyre pressure sensors as I’m running without them at the moment
That is such a gorgeous colour.

Thank you peteA,,,, Mossie certainly is a breathtaking specimen, a show stopper in the car room for sure. To drive it takes a deal more concentration than a modern car, the audible mechanics that are absent in today's cars are all there with Mossie. Any longer than a minute at below 2000rpm the webers start to complain, drop a cog and she's oh so sweet again. Yes peteA, an absolute gem to own and utterly unique to drive, I do feel very fortunate indeed.

I fitted some pointless carbon fibre bling to my car today. The old panel offended me.

Fitted front 5mm spacers.
The Virage wheels are wider than standard for Vantage. The rear just go on but the fronts are a bit sunken, especially after lowering a bit.
10 mm would be great but I can’t stomach the £290 that H&R ask.
So I’ve got some correct PCD and centre bore 5mm ones for £25!

Also fitted led full beams whilst under there

Not today, but Wednesday went to DAE for some Velocity AP tapered springs on the DB11.

I think that works quite well if I’m honest.

think he has done a couple of V8V, not the S model though. He did my DS19 recently, and has done my V12V and the 599 so those videos to come. Don;t think he was a particular fan of the V12V
I'd be very interested in your own personal view of the V12V vS the 599. These and a DBS manual are on my shortlist for next purchase. Which one - the V12V or 599 would you hang on to if you had to part with one of them?

Nice wheel - so much better than the newer / current over complicated items?

Always think about the airbag when messing about with steering wheels!

Nice colour. The right colour for a V12V.

Those new wheels are the winter wheels aren't they? I used to have a set of winter wheels. Are they lighter than the standard wheels?

Fitted these,
I always thought my car was missing the wiper nut covers. Found these 3D printed ones due £10 on eBay.
Perfect fit.
Surprised they didn't come factory fitted.
