ooo crikey, that's like a 2.5 hr drive each way from Leeds, plus the Bowcliffe detour on the way out.

Are you meeting at any intermediate spots between Bowcliffe and that, or just direct to the Fat Lamb?

It may be 2.5 hours but once your off the A1 the roads are going to be fantastic fun. You’ll be able to exercise your car properly.

In the one I went to last year we stopped off at a couple of scenic places, but don't worry you'll be enjoying yourself too much to worry about the the distance.

Sometime between 12.30 and 1pm for lunch, we wont be rushing. It’s impossible to be accurate due to the number of cars coming and the traffic through the dales.

So if the Northern contingent add their starting point to this list, we can put together a suitable meeting place and then a route and timings over to the Fat Lamb.

James - Newcastle

A few of us will be heading over from Lancaster and Cumbria. We can meet you either at Hawes or somewhere else on your route. Just let us know which way you will be coming.

That's great news, do you know how many will be coming with you and what cars?

I've added you to the list on page 1 and separated us into groups just so we all know who's coming from where and the numbers for lunch.

Thanks

Can you change my car on your list from V8 Vantage 4.7 to V12 Vantage S?

I haven’t seen my car since March as it’s with AM Newcastle but I’m pretty sure it’ll still have a V12 when I pick it up next week (the heat haze coming through the large bonnet vents give it away).

Many thanks

Steve
