@Cayman-black
Certainly demand outstripping supply at the moment. I’m liking your car history! As a matter of interest how would you compare the Ferrari F430 to the Aston V12V?

Hi Fast. I had a new 430 manual in 2005 and it was a great car also. The V12V is more GT car and front-engined which i do prefer but unfortunately i hardly use it at all due to where i live and other cars much more suitable.I do love the fact that i have it sitting in my garage though.

A shame to keep it in the garage! Think my heart is set on a V12V, but looking at other cars in the same price band, which is making me question whether a F430, Vanquish or even a Gallardo would be better choice!

To be honest i also had a Gallardo, i sold my 360 to buy it and i always regretted it, i thought even the 360 was more enjoyable.
Vanquish is a lovely thing but even more GT than the Vantage and its auto only.
430 or V12V ? The Aston is more robust and cheaper to run with fewer issues but a Ferrari 430 is a great choice.

Thanks, a little to consider and most importantly buying the right car and having a thorough PPI check done. Once lockdown is eased this will become easier and who knows a few more on the market hopefully.

Finally got back in the V12V tonight after a weekend playing in the F12 Berlinetta. I’ve missed the Aston more than I thought. Secondary decat has transformed the car. So much noise!! I can see why people hold onto these. I’ve had mine for 8 years and I fall in love with it each year all over again. These really are special cars.
