Don't bother telephoning them. All you will achieve, is raised blood pressure. 'Continue to hold, your call is important to us. Keep listening to this awful quality muzak, while we collect our cut of the phone call charge.'
That firm cannot even spell Customer Services.

I guess we are begining to see some E10 labels now, because installing tens of thousands of labels throughout the UK, on the 1st September is obviously impossible.
It seems the local staff can't change them on the gun (12 x about 30 seconds = 6 minutes at our local) and a contract company travel around. Nothing like workplace efficiency? No wonder China is taking over.

Esso synergy plus has 0 Ethanol other than in some areas of south west UK which are listed on its website.
For my 2009 DB9 I use Synergy Plus 97 RON.
For this engine there is no point in looking for 99 RON because the lower octane rating is better suited. It is not fitted with knock sensors.
The pump will still display E5 as this is a government requirement for petrol with between 0% and 5% Ethanol.
Other premium petrol suppliers state they do have some Ethanol content in their petrol.
