Seen the Newport beach one and thought it looked fabulous.

As regards Phil Dixon an interesting character who has fallen silent on social media so I was surprised to see him getting one and the spec.

Regarding the new wings in the PR updates they did include no cars were going to get it, I suspect the Valhalla might be the first imo.

New customers are taking Aston Martin in an exciting different direction.

The 'Ultra-Luxury Best British Performace Car Brand in the World', is making a dramatic change, which will lead to a new, profitable and exciting era.
All that old drab, understated, David Brown grey nonsense is out.

Bring on the change. Welcome to our new direction of colours and exquisite good taste.
The world of Exciting Lawrence Stroll Aston Martin (Elsan).

Remove the dodgy graphics and the purple one looks rather good

I am wondering whether my attempt at a joke was spotted?

Oh indeed, the purple looks fantastic. The owner needs to know when to stop, but if you’ve seen him on social media it’s sadly quite evident that’s never going to happen.

Good on you, Richard.

You will therefore know the full version;
- Hope LS is not leading AML down the toilet.

( The n did not quite correspond with M(artin), but hey ho. )

Less can be more. However, I wholeheartedly applaud customers who dare to be different and avoid the normal monochrome platte.

You can tell these cars are considered more as “keepers” (erm… ignoring the fact quite a few have already found themselves onto the market!) and not bought in resell spec. I can imagine that if bought on the tick, many of the braver graphics would increase the monthly repayments as the dealers know they will be a challenge to shift.

Agreed. I’m so glad his car got featured on “worst spec” on instagram biggrin

All money, no taste. I’m just salty that I didn’t get a offer to buy one, although at £300k they can keep it!

You can really see the ones spec’d for resell. Whereas we’ve seen so many personal specs, this black, black, black + token splash of red is a big contrast.

I think it’s the same car that they “sold” for £275,000 just before Christmas last year. That was below the reserve I think. It will be interesting to see what it goes for this time……..where is Mystic Adam when we need his wisdom?!

Best regards,

Minglar

I have just looked back to page 31 and you are correct Richard, exactly the same advert.
If it was not sold for £275,000, do we assume that flippers must accept losses on their transactions?
Wonder if the £400,000 flipper, now has a keeper?

Between placing their orders and receiving delivery, economics changed.

AML seem to have the number and pricing just right this time.
Perhaps there were only 333 people, who were willing to pay £265,000 plus options.

OK Im going to say £265k this time and I think it will sell, because hes clearly more desperate than before and thus likely to have reduced the reserve. Lets face it the economy and cost of living crisis hasnt improved since it was listed last time...

I would agree Adam. As the saying goes, the first cut is always the cheapest, and the market decides the value on these, not the hopeful flippers. I would assume that the reserve has been dropped accordingly this time too. Although I guess that number is not openly available for obvious reasons. When I logged in to CC to check this listing it was already marked as “saved” from when I previously flagged it, and as you said Jon, the previous link sends you to the same “new” listing. As Nick said, it does indeed look like a car which was specced just to sell. I like black cars, but this one does look rather subdued compared to some others I’ve seen, and it has standard seats too. Oh well, we shall see.

Best Regards
