I think the buyer's name was revealed by this auction. Don't think that is done in the UK.
Does anyone know anything about the buyer?
I did a quick snoop, but inconclusive.
It is possibly a successful business owner, who is now collecting various cars.
I am sure he is probably well known, but I could not make a definitive connection with the business name published.
Previous purchases can be seen by the same buyer.
A budding Jay Leno perhaps, following a specific type of car theme.

It is certainly not important, simply a question out of interest (the buyers name was published) and because they had already purchased a number of other special cars, perhaps creating a collection in America.
There are several interesting private car collections in USA, where the owners seem quite happy to show YouTubers around, enabling others to then view magnificent cars.
