Just out of interest girlracer, where did you go to get your inspection report on your Aston as I'm looking in to buying a series 3 myself in the not too distant future, and I'm as much a mechanic as my Nan, so don't want to get fobbed off with a lemon !

Best bet is to join the Aston Martin Owners club. Despite what that man Clarkson says "...we speak entirely in Chassis numbers...") were not bad bunch, and wherever you live they'll be a specialist near you who has their reputation to think about. Also a lot of owners will be able to give you help and advice.

Hi Adam,
Echo the advice about joining the AMOC it’s well worthwhile. Not sure when you’re thinking of buying but I will probably be putting my series 3 up for sale later on in the year (although definitely not before le mans!)
