I'll be on the train, on the way to collect my first Aston!

Anyone got any tips on getting through the next 24 hours?!

Any tips??

Yes. Think of the fuel bills....

Whatever you do, don't think of the noise, the power, the looks, the comfort, the charisma, the power, the speed, the glamour or the name.

Just the fuel bills...

Its very difficult!! I remember my first time. The anticipation is murder!!! Still, once you get it, you'll never look back. I hope it is the experience that you dreamed of and more.

Well, it's ultra reliable and fast and beautiful, but I really feel it's a little big for me. I didn't notice this in the test drive because it was around the countryside and fairly clear motorways (plus I thought I would get used to the size of the car), but in central London (where I live) it feels too big. I'm 5 foot 4, which doesn't help of course! I just can't feel 'at one' with it like I have with my other (much smaller) cars.

So... I have decided I'm going to stick with the 350Z I have on order. I know it's not as exciting and sexy as an Aston, but it's still a great car. You can check out the Aston here:

Sounds to me like your next vehicle will be a people-carrier!

Some of us really like the 350Z. I admit it's no Aston, but still a terrific everyday car.

When's it due, Girlracer?
