sorry misread and misunderstood, i saw one recently that had attempted a mod with disastrous results, i realised you knew what you are doing by using a relay, a lot would not of bothered, just wanted to make it clear that the circuit must be protected if anyone else decides to follow your example,

must stress to anybody who is thinking of doing this, don't attempt unless you fully understand what is involved!
On a plus side these cars are very well put together as i found out when routing the switch cable from front to rear!
