Best colour for the vantage?
Discussion
The reason could be twofold.
One; it could be because they are seen as traditional Aston Martin colours since most fans recall the Silver Birch DB5 as one of the first Aston's they saw and always imagine theirs in a similar colour.
Another reason could be that Aston's are reasonably understated for a high performance sports car and, thus, attract individuals wishing to make less of a statement, which is then refelected in their colours.
Just a suggestion!!

I asked the same question to mr clorenzen, when i detailed his car, but he explained that the silvers/greys show off the lines of the car best and whilest i wouldnt go for a silver, i have to agree. Up close, the colour of his car looks like liquid and is just right for the v12.
However, my fave colour is still morning frost or orange....or black. Too many to choose from.

VantageFan-This is the exact reason I chose the Tungsten on my car. It has a beautiful flake when clean, looks good dirty and most importantly does not scream look at me!

Do Aston have a dark blue colour equivalent to Porsche's Lapiz/Iris blue which is a dark navy blue (but not as dark as midnight blue)?
There are a couple of darker blues other than Midnight. Mariana and Sapphire are two I have seen. Obviously you can order any shade you want or use a paint from any other manufacturer (they'll even mix a bespoke paint to your exact requirements).AstonZagato said:

Just please don't get a blue interior - I would have bought a blue car, but every one I saw had a dodgy blue interior.(Ironically I've since added a Griffith to the garage. Blue. Part blue interior - but it seems to work so much better than the Aston interior!)
