Sorry for posting twice on this thread but I have just got back from overseas and had a chance to detail-up my V12V with the painted louvres:-

and

I'm obviously very bias but those louvres look soooooo much cooler painted to match on light coloured machines.

Enjoy!

Just a few shots of my latest V8 - Special Edition model in Lightning Silver

The carbon seats smile

It took a while to arrive - but worth the wait. I shall have to do a YouTube clip to share the QS exhaust moment!

Love the car Graham. Was there a reason you chose the QS exhaust over Larini or other ?

Cheers,
Ian

I bought the Quick Silver 18 months ago and had it on my 4.3. At the time Tubi didn't have a fitment available and wasn't aware of the Larini. Part of purchase research showed QS involved with the AM racing program so if it's good enough for them......
I had the exhaust fitted at the same time as the AM Power upgrade, all fitted by Stratstone Wilmslow, so it was a straight swap onto the 4.7
The system is slightly quieter now with the silenced tips as std on the 4.7, but it's good bit louder than just pulling fuse 22 without being intrusive.
I've been told the Larini exhaust does have a different sound (not as bassey!) more Ferrari'ish if thats possible!

My first Aston and fulfils a dream that goes back to the 70's when I had the very special experience of 130+ down the M20 in my uncle's DBS.
