Some of what you say is true Ed.
Apparently he is allowed to drive topless through his patch,but only on the condition he stops shouting out TOSSER at frequent intervals.

I've even heard that he now wears a special bespoke AM cap when driving topless, allegedly it has his now famous catch phrase "Tosser" stitched
across the back to avoid confusion as the local crumpet keep getting him mixed up with Brad Pitt ……..
