My insurance company have said they require Thatcham 1 security on the potential V8V. Anyone know what the situation is specifically the 2005-2007 model years?
its Thatcham 1 as standard from the factory so just say "yes" .....usually if the car is worth >£50K they ask for a Tracking device too.....that came standard from 2007 I believe
yes...in fact you may find that a pre 2007 car has a tracker anyway due to the previous owners insurance requirements, particularly when the car was new ...it may be you just have to renew the subscription
