I hear that this was only on the new DBS correct - the original 08 models I had been told didnt suffer this issue...but i'd be intersted to check as have nolticed mine wobbling at over 120mph now...more of a vibration i would say thru the steering wheel but noticeable....if you were to have a cigarette for example it would deposit all the ash on your lap..so its noticeable..ill chek the wheel balancing next weekend but I had also heard of a recall for DBS - something to do with the steering rack bolt or something ? Is that the problem ?
Mine's one of the original 2008 models and it is definitely affected...

have read the thread with some interest as was contemplating stretching to an 08 model DBS over a DB9 but having read the problems encountered by some folk here i'm now not so sure it's a wise move?

I'm assuming there's still no definitive answer but also i'm curious as to what happens to those cars that have been returned to the dealers by customers for either replacement or refund.

Could they find their way back onto dealer forecourts, possibly without these issues being rectified or are they returned to the factory?

I would just recommend a careful test drive of the car in question. Find the smoothest road possible (it's more evident the smoother the road in my experience) and take the car through various speeds. You'll notice it immediately if it's there.

It could be worse. If you had a Ferrari it might catch fire. furious
