Is there a thread in how to take the number plate plinth off?

Hi Paul, I watched Tony yesterday do mine. If the plate is screwed, unscrew. If stuck with pads as mine was, he used a thin bladed knife and cut through the pads being careful not to bend plate when easing off.
Behind is the black box with (on mine) 4 screws, two were star headed and two normal philips headed. Remove all four. The box then comes off to reveal a metal plate/bar and four bolts. Simply undo the bolts and there you go!

The revealed face should have two pre drilled holes if you want to screw the plate on, or as most do just stick the plate on using pads/tape as per above advice. Took Tony no more than 15mins.

I have the flexible vinyl stick on plates on the 360 (bought off eBay).

Took some time cutting down to size and getting straight on the car, but IMO look cleaner than the plastic plates.

Only works if there are no holes in the bumper tho, so may not be suitable
