Hi All,

Went to register a couple of new tracker fobs for my car today. Opened the garage door, got in the card and happened to spot the Check Engine light flashed....stared for a few seconds and it didn't seem to happen again so put it down to my imagination and the fact I'm fast approaching 40 (years old, not MPH!) then it happened again....seems to happen every now and then when I have my CTEK battery conditioner connected. Do they all do that? (note it's not an Aston branded conditioner but a CTEK one, which shouldn't make any difference)

Oh and it does appear to stop once the engine is up and running and the conditioner is not connected

No no my question was do they all do that? ( No details in the manual that I could find) I'm not really worried about just thought it was odd....

To be honest i didnt think they do , as it is such a low amp-age going into the car , it would induce a warning light.

When i get 5 mins i will plug one in and try it for you.

Mine does odd things with the CTEK connected.
I just made a point of disconnecting it before turning the ignition on.
I'm presuming the ECU's etc don't like two power sources with differing voltages smile

I use the AML branded one (which is a Citek in disguise) and have had no problems if that helps.
