Dunno,

But,

I remember seeing a film clip years ago of a GT4 rallying at night and every so often a wee cloud would form right over the main bonnet vent, presumably due to lower pressure or summat, looked really cool though! Is there a top mounted intercooler under there or is it an engine intake?
Always wondered what all the different scoops etc on a GT4 actually did.
Cheers
Dave
ps.Just got a Prodrive exhaust for my car, shiney things rule!!

ABS still knackered. I'm off to Germany the end of the month, so it's going somewhere for a few days to be sorted. And yes, I need more D/U slugs.

And to have the HKS clutch and flywheel fitted.

As for the other really shiny bit, well, there are 4 of them......

Intercooler on this car is a rad on the front and a chargecooler over the engine. The vents? The big one in the middle is to let heat out. The two at the back are to aid airflow over the engine. And the off centre snorkel type is a cambelt cooler.

I currently have a metal plate over the centre vent as it's cool enough in winter not to need it.

Ah.

Unlikely. I need to be in London on the 22nd, and I suspect I will be incapable of finding the car the following day...

Ah, MR2 wheels don't fit a Celica. Think they're 112x5, not 100x5.

Organic clutch? Not a metallic jobbie so doesn't hold heat as well, but doesn't destroy itself if slipped.....

Wheels? Wheels are stunning, but possibly a little bling.......

....let me find a picture.....

And on the car they're coming off.....

Trust me when I tell you that you don't want to know.

Insured for well over 2K for the rims alone.

I believe about $700-$750 apiece....

I paid rather less than that.
