When driving with the headlights off, the lighting on the instrument cluster is set to full brightness; when you turn the lights on, you can set how bright they are....but I can't find a way to turn the dash lights DOWN a bit when the headlights are off. It's not that big an issue...but I've just come from a car with automatic headlights, and so getting into a car where the dash lights are on when the headlights are off is....well....you can see the potential issue! I prefer them on, when they're totally off the cluster is all but unreadable, but I was wondering if you can change the brightness at all?

Cheers

Unfortunately this only works for when the lights are on. I can't seem to find a way to do it when the headlights are off.

Ross,

My wife has 2006 Corolla Verso, let me have a look at the users manual when I get home and if I find the instructions I will post them up.

I Don't think this can be done, I had a look in the owners manual and it mentioned how to change the brightness when the headlights are on, but not when they're off. Never mind, it's not a big issue and I'm getting used to it smile
