Looking to replace the back box, looking for a bit more roar but nothing boyracery/fart can etc. Just some deep rumble when u on it, but no boom on motorway.

an suggestions? I like the remus one with 90mm pipe. Looks like stock so it's a replacement as far as insurance is concerned. smile

I have that exhaust. Honestly? Probably not worth the money.

With just the backbox, the sound doesn't change that much. Not ~£500 much, anyway. It does look good though and is also very easy to fit. It's your money though, if you fancy it then why the hell not? Think the centre pipe is only about another £100.

Right now have no sound, so would be happy with some. Maybe add the pipe later if needed

Honestly if you add a remus centre it removes the resonator you'll hate it.

If you want a little noise and not to have your pants dropped do a back box delete. Nice subtle tone, decent burble noise and no drone without sounding like a fart cannon.

Consult your insurance first mind

Hi, we have just bought a 2012 SSS to use as a cheap (ish) run around when our i3's lease ends in a couple of weeks (doesn't get used enough as a second car to justify getting another expensive car and we have a 2019 Polo GTi as well).

Don't have the manual for the car as not taking delivery of it for a week or so but am wanting to update the number plate and side light bulbs to LED ones, does the car have a bulb failure warning and thus need canbus bulbs or not does anyone know?

Must say I was very pleasantly surprised by how well the little Swift drove on the test drive, am looking forward to us getting it and having a good play, we haven't had a manual car since we got the i3 3 years ago (Polo is my 2nd DSG equipped car).

Hi, the sport has not got bulb failure warning, the sidelights and reg bulbs are 501's, better spending a bit more money on osrams or Philips. I use osrams perfect fit, look great, should last for years.

I can't answer your questions, but if you have the VIN you should be able to download the owners manual from https://cars.suzuki.co.uk/owners/using-your-car/ow...

It'd be interesting to hear what you make of the Swift, after a Polo GTI.

Have you come across this i3 vs Swift Sport vid? https://youtu.be/jMK_MbSrXZc

Apparently just standard 501 bulbs and no warnings (see above)

I had not seen that video, have just emailed the link to myself to watch at home (am at work currently).

Does anyone know final build dates for the ZC32s? Was it late 2016 or early 2017?

Has anyone tried Bilstein B6 dampers?

I'm not bothered about lowering but would like to retain a decent ride and sort out the lack of rebound damping on the standard dampers.

When I got mine they said it would be latest reg (66 plate) but I have seen a couple of 2017 plates guess late registrations

Mine was registered in Jan 17. When bought it Apr 17 I was told they'd stopped production, but not sure when that was. 1.2k registered in 2016, 338 in 2017. So I'd say end of production was early 2017.

Thanks for the detail, early 2017 makes sense. Also some online reviews simply list model years as 2012-2017 which supports this as well.
