Oh yes Japchatters, the handbags are out on the SXOC.

I selfishly been enjoying these all week, and have decided to let you in on the action.

ICE Question plus replies

Crashed Car PT 1

Crashed Car PT 2

Classic ICE Question

There will of course be more to come, once I've tracked them down and linked them.

Please though, just spectate, or if you feel the need to join in, dont mention this thread. I dont think the Moderators would be too happy, specially as I'm not a paid up member

Anyway, enjoy

If anyone has more popcorn threads from single Marque forum's they wish to share, this could become quite a popular thread

This description cracks me up:

"i went round a corner and there was stupid gravel there for some reason, same corner i go round everyday, i wasnt trying to drift, but the back end still kicked out, i controlled it round a bmw, then i started to go towards the ditch and hedge, so i used all my skill to keep it at a decent(ish) angle so it wouldnt roll into the ditch, and it worked! the car still went on two wheels tho!"
You used all your skill to put your own car in a ditch! Well done mate.

I like the bit about 'that bit of grave-just being there ! We never have any gravel on roads round here, pixies are employed to sweep it up whenever the moon is full.

I enjoyed that post as well.

I thought it was customary, when describing a SNAFU of such proportions, to refer to yourself in the perjorative, not the complimentary. Might just be me though...

Situation Normal - All F'd Up

Not quite as bad as FUBAR - F'd Up Beyond All Recognition

Both terms originated in the military, the home of all great cock-ups!

I remember the FUBAR description from Tango & Cash (although I had the ITV dubbed version on tape when I was younger, so it was "Fouled" up beyond all recognition)

SNAFU though, I'm sure I can use that at some point.
