Even better then, should give you an idea of the sort of costs involved. I think its a pretty good option if you have the space and skills to do the work yourself.

As an aside, got a call from a mate today sayin the bottom end of his tubby had let go. Im going to try convince him to go this route.......

I definitely don't have the space and I probably don't have the skills. Hopefully I'll have the space within six months though and I reckon there's only one way to get the skills...

I'm going to be doing a fair amount of reading on that site...
