Thanks for the help everybody, I bought a second hand CTR from Riding and Co in Preston, great service. They put on new tyres, full service and even changed a rear wheel bearing they thought was whining a bit because they knew I was going to the ring in it in June.
It goes like stink, frightened a few of the local Max Power boys in it coming home from work. It's the only car I've ever had that's got the engine characteristics of a bike.

Thanks Again

Simon

I am a little late to this one, would seriously suggest you take NikB's advice and try and Integra too.

I loved my integra, the vtec is very addictive and although it takes some time to get used to. Once you learn to drive it, you can't beat it for fun! I couldnt get on with the civic. Although I did like that funky gear change

Do you know where I could look at one or buy one from (Integra)?

How about an NSX? The olders ones are under 20 grand now. As good as the integra and civic are, there is just no comparison.

Best place to find one is the Auto Trader now, you may find later ones at Honda dealers. Also have a look at:

www.hondarevolutions.com/

And go to the forum, lots of info and some good buying guides, just use the search function. Also have a look at the for sale section as I have seen some very nice examples come up on here.

Probably get a minter for 8-10k now!

Cheers

Just a word of warning to the owners out there. Be careful with your keys. I've just been payed out on my car which was nicked while I was in bed... broke in, took the keys and the car. Never to be seen again. Seems they are hot property at the moment.

Make sure your home security is up to scratch or you WILL be hit.

Good advice, I've started to hide my keys in the house just in case anyone gets any ideas.
