MR2 Mk 2 won't start?

My brothers MR2 won't start. He got home from work and then left the car in the drive for a week. Went to start, and no joy.

We suspect it could be the imobiliser as the fuel pump does not run and there is no spark, but it turns over. all the fuses appear to be ok so the next step is to ring a garage or find one of you know alls who can point us to the next direction!

Have you checked the battery? try to jump start it with another car.....

Yep! recharged the other day and still won't fire.
No fuel getting through, and no spark!
seem like the imobiliser has turned everything off, except it still turns over.

Is the main relay clicking on when he turns the ignition on???
Do another check on the fuses, especially the management system relay.
