E46 Dashboard trim
Discussion
I would try eBay or the excellent Quarry Motors and replace parts complete. The easily scratched black 'leather' sunglasses case and ashtray cover is almost impossible to buy s/h in good condition. A tip (from watching a car radio guy remove the metal trim): get a proper plastic/nylon trim removal tool and it just pops off.

Med - if I were you I would buy that stuff new. Use Cotswold BMW or bmw mini parts to get them cheapest.
Because the plastic scratches and degrades easily it may be more trouble than it's worth getting second hand bits
Thanks TGR - You had a valid point :-) Much appreciate your advice thank you :-)Because the plastic scratches and degrades easily it may be more trouble than it's worth getting second hand bits
If it's the carbon cube trim it's really easy to re-furb yourself, you just need a can of satin black paint. A few light coats will have it looking like new.
If it's the rubberised storage bins and their lids below the radio then they are tough to get in good nick as the rubber seems to perish over time.
No idea how much they are new but Cotswold BMW quoted me £70 + VAT for a driver's door carbon cube trim for my E46 saloon
The above technique had it looking like new for a few quid.
If it's the wood trim then replacements are you're only option or you could sand back and paint satin silver or use a carbon fibre wrap perhaps?
