Show me your window tints.

As title suggests, looking to get windows tinted on my e90 and looking for examples of different tint %, also how well will the tints keep sun out of the wee ones eyes compared to stick on blinds?
I have a set of the genuine roll up blinds that I am yet to fit to my car (bit hesitant as it requires some surgery and my car is very unmarked currently). Would you try them? Also someone makes some very close fitting blinds that apparently stay in place when windows are wound down, maybe they'd suit?
(not an e39 I know...)
Advantage over tinting IMO is that you don't need to tell your insurer that you've tinted your car.

I'm thinking of doing the same to out E90...wanted to get as close to factory as possible which I believe is 30%.
I was going to post something but have been too slack.
I am the same, unsure if I just want back and rear sides one, nothing too dark, although they have to be practical as wee one is travelling in car, the blinds mentioned above are a good option for me, about £140 for a full set.I was going to post something but have been too slack.

I'm in the sam boat....our first is due any day now and I refuse to use those stick on blinds because they look poop. The cost for those blinds is about the same as I've had for tints. Hmmmmm.lewis328 said:

I've gone for the genuine BMW blinds in the end.
Our insurance company were being awkward over the tints. They'd allow the rear door windows but not the rear windscreen. I'll use the blinds for now and get the windows tinted next year around insurance renewal time.
We could have cancelled the policy but we're three months in. There would have been charges plus it was a lot of ball ache for tints.
I went for teg BMW ones just because the rear blind is a single piece that can be retracted. Some of the cheaper alternatives are in two pieces which would get annoying. Will get some pics up once I've got them and have installed them (the rear one requires a bit of buggeration to fit).

Picked up and fitted my blinds today. They do a pretty good job to be honest.
The side windows are single pieces that cover 99.9% of the glass with just a tiny gap around the edge. The rear one is good because it's a single piece of fabric and is easily retractable. It's a bit of a pain to fit; getting the rear seats in and out is the worst bit. I was careful measuring and drilling the holes so the brackets lined up with the pre drilled holes in the car.
Today was pretty warm and sunny and they made a noticeable difference to the temperature in the back of the car high will hopefully keep mini me happy.
The only casualty was a speaker connector, so I'll go and grab a new one tomorrow. I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

Here are a few pics...apologies for the dirty car. Next door are having some building work done and it seems to be permanently covered in dust.
The last picture makes it look as though the side ones don't fit that well, but I was standing and and gle that made the slight gap look huge. Square on they look pretty perfect.
