If it's an LCI, I think that spec is single figures! Even my more common E91 330i Manual (M Sport) - less sold than an M3 CSL. I think mine sold inside a week at double your price last year. It had 122k on it but it was very very tidy with no niggles. At North of 150k it's a limited market I think.
I'd fix the bumper scrapes, will cost less than a hundred from a dent guy. The sunroof issue sounds not too bad but any mention of it gives buyers the heeby jeebies as it can get expensive very quickly.
Also it's an SE. Despite the old beards on the 1-5 thread nodding approvingly, the majority of buyers will want the Sport.
Good luck and hang in there.

If the only issue with the roof is that it doesnt tilt, I had no issues whatsoever in the 3+ years I owned the car (other than that tilt issue). It opened and closed like a good un and with no unexpected noises. Never any water or damp in the boot either, parked flat or on an incline etc etc
A genuine pleasure to own it for 3+ years and to me, that looks a bargain. Easy for me to say though as I trust the car - I realise a new owner will have their own learning curve....
On the subject of the grey leather, I find my current tan and oyster (different cars, don't panic) less forgiving. I drove twins around from the age of 0 - 3 (and occasionally 3 of my other children) and the leather always looked great. The mats, carpets and boot never looked shabby either. And if it was a choice between grey comfort seats and black SE / sport seats its a complete no brainer for me!

Not having much interest from serious buyers for my 550i (advertised at £4,750, obv can't link to an ad).
I know there is a limited market for these, but is this always going to be too high a price or should I show some more patience (car has been up for six weeks)?
I am not sure if this is the issue, but when I try and search for your car using the Pistonheads search facility, it just doenst show up! I searched for all petrol e60s (which includes e61s) and 22 cars appear, none of which is yours. Maybe you should have a look into this? I know there is a limited market for these, but is this always going to be too high a price or should I show some more patience (car has been up for six weeks)?
