Yeah I asked for disks and pads but assume sensors as well. Local German specialist will fit them for 1.5 hrs labour which is just over a ton. 48 quid for fluid. Bish bash bosh.
The bigger worry for me is that the mileage on the mot showed me how much moving house has added to my mileage. I've done 27k in the last 12 months. Erk.
Now looking at lpg...

I couldn't afford to do 27k yr in mine!

Just been out in my old bruiser. Japanese import e39 528i with Bilstein b12 suspension kit. Rides well but a bit too low looking. Really hoping the b12 feels as good on my e61.
She can probably go a bit lower.

I simply couldn't believe my luck this morning. Was greeted by the attached sight, well actually it was quite a lot worse - this is post t-cut. What sort of a selfish xxxx does that and then absconds from the scene? Happy xxxxxxx Valentine's Day you xxxx. I'm in a quandary now though. I just don't know whether to sort it or wear the wound with pride? Gaaargh.
Looking a little better now as are the wheels!

Thanks for that, quite a lot cheaper than I would have thought. That particular one is an LCI I think but I could look out for one at that price!ATM said:
I had the same thing 2 weeks ago. This is pre-wash. I'm now left with a gouge below by the light and some damage to the bumper.
It is annoying isn't it.What is particularly annoying for me is that my £500 Alfa is 16 years old and yet has the body of a 3 year old whilst my poor old BMW seems to constantly suffer unwanted attention from other road users..... Not fair.
Just wondering - is everyone still running with their IBS connected?
I'm pretty sure my IBS is Ok but the related Tyco relay which lives in the boot is on the fritz.
It has been giving me 'hunting' revs (enen while running at 1,500 rpm +) on the cold cycle. It got to the point recently where the power was cutting off for a fraction of a second, leaving the wipers mid sweep and messing with gear shifts. It also liked to throw dynamic stability and active steering faults.
Since disconnecting the IBS I have very even revs and no faults. Any disadvantages to leaving it off?
