Which type of lights do I have? Dumb question?

I've got an F11 520 on a 62 plate which has daytime running, self leveling, auto lights,but not Xenon. They work great though , I have no issues.

I was surprised that my E61 520d had Xenons on it with it being the bottom of the range, it also surprises me that a 340i only comes with halogens as standard which is near the top.

All F10's have auto lights. Not all pre facelift cars have Xenons.

Externally on pre facelift cars, the Xenon fitted cars will have LED front indicators. The non Xenon fitted cars will not.

It won't have self leveling headlight units - the 'up and down' when you turn them on is a self test for the electric leveling controlled by the switch in the cabin.

The F11 has self leveling rear suspension, though.
