I'm in the market for a M140i, pretty basic spec including metallic paint, auto, heated seats, comfort package and parking assist.

The last thread regarding deals was June but on the M135i, unless the Erdinger has clouded my judgement and I've missed it.

I've heard of a chap on BabyBMW, TRL, who can get competitive deals. Not sure if he's worth a message or has anyone recently got a decent deal on a new M140i on PCP or lease?

You should expect ~20% off.

TRL is worth contacting, others dealers do get to roughly the same price judging from what I've read so try a bit of bargaining.

Also try mo.qadeer@bmwparklane.co.uk

worth trying broker4cars and coasttocoastcars too, if only to know what's easily available in terms of discount

I found a reasonably priced new 335d the other day so rang the dealer for a price on a pcp and they told me I had to go in, they couldn't tell me over the phone due to some selling law. Is that correct or are they taking the piss. Sorry it's not a 140 but how can you compare prices if they won't tell you over the phone????

Do they? It was Sytner Harrow Weald when I enquired, is there where he works?

No, he is back at Berry Heathrow.

I expect the brokers use more than one dealership. but I know he has supplied C2C in the past.

Tony only sells via email / internet now, previously he's run sales teams and would pass the lead on to one of his team. Now he does everything from enquiry to handing over the keys.

I guess you mean Sytner Harold Wood? A friend who ordered from C2C last year got his car from them I think.

Thanks guys.

I'll ask Park Lane and TRL for a quote. My local dealership offered a base M140i (exc options) for £349 down and £349 per month. Based on 8k per year.

Didn't get any further as I couldn't find my licence to drive their demonstrator.

I'm hoping for sub £350 inc options based on 10k per year.

I'll be on the phone tomorrow trying to agree a deal, I'll will update with my findings.

I've just ordered a fully loaded M140i from Sytner Nottingham - £42k list, paid £34k on the road. Short lead time too. Ordered at the end of March, due any day.

I took in a C2C quote with me, and much to the salesman's surprise, the supplying dealer was Sytner Sheffield. So he said, if they can do it, we can do it.

I went with Nottingham rather than C2C/Sheffield as I know them a bit, plus they're fitting some accessories before I pick it up - M exhaust, etc.

I had a M135i a while back, so I know how good these cars are, and a bargain. I know it's not an RS3 or an A45, but it's a better daily driver. I'll be doing 30,000 a year in mine.
