If they stick the V12 in it I think I will be saving up my pennies.

Also read about potentially a new model 6 series dropping into being an AMG GT and 911 competitor, which would be great too.

My understanding was that the 8 series was always going to be more luxury orientated than the 6 was. So more 7 series than 5 series.

I read the 8 is to take on the S class coupe. Also heard they might keep the 6 GC and the 6 coupe might turn into a 2 seater sports car aimed at AMG GT and 911.

Which I think is a great idea.
