no map display after sat nat updates

I've updated my F30 with the 2017-1 Premium maps and it worked fine (CIC ProNav, screen looks similar to yours)
Are you sure the maps supplied are the correct region - ie maybe your GPS thinks you are outside the mapped area ?
I downloaded mine from a torrent but assume it's genuine
Look for a file info_map.imp (was on USB stick 3 for me) and see what that says, there will be some binary characters followed by a description of the version
Otherwise I'd download the map again and try reloading
