Help! Weird noise from speakers

I've been having a problem for about 6 months now, where a weird noise comes through the speakers from the moment the car is unlocked. It happens 3 out of every 4 times, it continues for most of the journey, even when the radio is off.

My car has the HK system. It's been in to 1 dealer 3 times for a total of 9 days and a different dealer once for 4 days. They've replaced the sound generator, the HK amp, tried to 're-programme' and still nothing. The last time it was in they replaced the HK amp and thought it would fix it, but it didn't.

What do i do now? Contact BMW UK?

Dodgy head unit/infotainment? Could be anything in the chain of devices that feeds the speakers.
