E39 door trim screws

Replacing the interior wood trims in my E39 with silver, but while the wooden door trims had the screws that push into the clips effectively built in, the silver trims have the screws sat loose in slots. My front door trims are unfortunately missing these screws - they've obviously fallen out the slots at some point. Does anyone know the part number for the screws (can't find it on RealOEM), a link to where I can get them or, in the absence of either of these, a substitute product that works? NB I realise they probably aren't technically screws as they have circular ridges rather than a spiral thread, but for want of a better word...
