Any BMW Dealer Salesmen on here?

I bought a pre-registered 123d from a main agent in Croydon (name rhymes with Scooper, or Pooper)!

They had a week to prepare the car, but when I went to collect it they brought down a 120d from their car park (colour was right though)!

Still the floor mats were over the tw*ts shoulders, tax disc was in his pocket and fuel tank was empty! So I sat in reception while the tw*t went to put some fuel in it (half a tank, not exactly great for customer loyalty)!

Then we did the financials - had to use my mobile as the tw*t had no credit on his PAYG!?

Tw*t tried to bolt me up with tyre insurance and GAP Insurance - I was never offered the Service Pack (I bought that later, somewhere else)!

So you may have guessed I wasn't that impressed!

To be honest if I hadn't wanted that particular car I would have walked away - cr*p experience all round.

Would have thought they’d have sorted that under the AUC cover to be honest...

I had the 1-8 quick link numbers crack, quite common i believe. Broadoak BMW Canterbury give me a flat no chance as its trim, i take the car to Broadoak Ashford and they book it in and swap it out, foc.. really dissapointed about the steering wheel.

I find it very much depends on which service advisor you get as to if things are covered or not. I've used both dealerships you mention, and have differing results at each.
