Found a quote for £14 a month more than my S5. Fine with that.

Insurance won't replace PCH car. Replacing car in first 12 months works only if you are registered keeper and first owner and only for selected companies. I only heard about one case when leasing company offered replacement car and it was simonwhite2000's S5.
Yeah I definately got lucky there. Within first 6 months of the lease and the insurance coughed up exactly what Audi Finance wanted straight away and it was sorted end to end within 3 weeks. Audi even found a cancelled S5 order that was sat at a Sheffield dealership with £4k of extras and gave me that with my monthly only going up £12. They are only supposed to replace with like for like spec (colour aside).
Think that was a lifetime of luck used in one stint!

Why are people expressing concerns over fuel - I thought these new 3.0 petrols are supposed to be very good (relatively speaking). I have an X3 m40d, hoping it won’t be hugely different to that.
No idea - a 3 litre petrol is never going to get amazing mpg so it shouldnt be a shock. I have never reset my S5 trip computer since taking delivery and my long term average is 23.9mg. I enjoy the car so doesnt bother me - I knew what I waas getting into!

Hi all

My first post and what a post! James from G2L sorted me out in literally no time (good lad!) . My credit got approved and car almost ordered. Went chaos with orange and Cognac leather. Deal is 3+23 , 8k , 403 inc VAT - bang on 15% (10,5k total cost) so blooody hell , one of those Holy Grail deals!
I was so tempted by the orange!

I have always dealt with Fleet Prices or Select but have to say G2L have been phenomenal in terms of customer service, support and communication.

There has been a bit of chatter about the M Sport pack ('black pack') - I swerved it as i didnt personally didnt like the black wheels with Carbon Black paint. But I do want to switch the grille out for the black one when the car arrives. The other bits of silver dont bother me. BMW just told me its £244 if anyone else is thinking of doing the same.

I'm tempted. Does that include fitting?
Not but the guy did say it wasnt difficult to do and BMW would charge one hours labour to fit it when its a 15 mins job.

Carbon Black vid. In most cases it will look black but blue pops out in the sun.

Dravit is one of the most unusual colours I've seen - the 840 convertible in my local dealer is Dravit.

Sorry bit late to this thread. I originally enquired and got a quote on this car earlier in the week but didn’t pull the trigger for various reasons. I see they are still taking new orders - are they honouring the original terms or has the price jumped?
Same terms unless you take delivery after April then goes up about 25 a month

Just curious but what is the excess mileage charge on these deals?
Its epic. 40p. Thankfully 10k a year is plenty for me.

I don't blame you for changing it to black. If you change the part, do you have to give the car back in its original state, and do you have to notify lease company of change. I thought wasnt allowed to change any parts as it's a lease.
Yeah I would put the silver one back on mainly so you can sell the black one after the lease. Its a genuine BMW cosmetic part that you can spec from factory so it iant an issue with it being a lease.
My leased S5 has OEM smoked clusters on which are not standard but from Audi.

Jumping on this also, my S5 goes back soon after 3 great years. Had planned on X3M as replacement but dipped out of that one.

No doubt spot you around Liverpool Simon!

Thinking carbon black with black interior.

Although anyone know what this colour is? Doesn’t seem to match up with online builder

That's Barcelona Blue. Looks different in the metal compared to the configurator.
To my eyes thats bluestone metallic a colour from the German config that isnt available in the UK

I dont think much of the colour choices for the 8 series. There isnt one jumping out at me really. Its like they have tried to be edgy and different but I would of rather had some more standard colours in the mix like a proper grey and silver.

M sport and black pack is £1500 and makes the car look x10 better in my opinion.
Some correct me if I'm wrong...the m sport pack is applied to all cars...the m sport premium is just a black pack to the grill side vents, brakes and wheels?
You also drop the run flats for performance tyres. Once selected you can also change the balck wheels to the bi-colour wheels if you don't like the black.
Jeez I'd never even realised that's how you got those wheels on. Now I'm reconsidering the m Sport pack again - get rid of run flats, dont have to sort the black bits out myself and I prefer those wheels. Argh!!!!

Anyone having seconds thoughts about this deal?

Saw this initially on HUKD and applied, but then saw it was £2k cheaper on here, being from Yorkshire, i can't buy anything someone else has got cheaper, its a mental block. So i didn't ring the company back.
However, have enquired about the same price as everyone else has paid.

Got a Volvo V90 at the minute, the interior in that to me looks better.

I was going to get an electric car next, with Evezy, but they have increased their prices significantly.
Looked at the Nissan Leaf and Renault Zoe on lease. both from here and HUKD.

But as % deals, this deal is miles better, if i can get the original rate.

No heated screen, no autopilot unless paying £3k, had a golf R stolen this year, expect this to get targeted as well.
Can someone confirm this has adaptive cruise included, or do we need the £3k pack for that?

Colour wise, i'm going with Orange, but then i love the red seats, does anyone know the difference between extended and full leather? To me its just the red edges of the mats, but why is it £2.5k more than just extended?
So was thinking if i get the red seats, id have to get black exterior.

Dad said a Leaf is an old mans car and i have plenty of time for that being early 30's, might just go for it, this would be far more fun, yet far more expensive to run.
Awful lot going on in your post!
I had a Golf R in Liverpool never any bother.
However my first S5 was stolen 6 months into the lease. Replaced it within 3 weeks with.....a higher spec S5. Disklock and Autowatch Ghost fitted. No attempts since. Car thieves dont just rob sports cars they rob old Van's and 1 litre fiestaa too - whatever is easy. Sounds bad but make your car look a lot more hassle than your neighbours.
Plenty of time to go electric and at some point - nowhere near as people think - it will likely be the only option. So enjoy ICE whilst its here. My father in law has a P85 Tesla and it's the motoring equivalent of anesthetic. So god knows what a Leaf is like. I enjoying motoring, I like cars, my objective isnt to get around as cheaply as possible it's to have the best car I can for what I can afford. The S5 has averaged 23.9 mpg over 19800 miles. That doesn't bother me because I knew what I was getting into and have thoroughly enjoyed the car.
It's all what you want and down to your circumstances and what's important to you.
But you will likely struggle to get in a car with a 70k list price for 351 a month ever again.
