I like the proximity warning triangles in the side mirrors, nice wasn't aware it came with that feature (its the small things etc.)
Do you mean blind spot warning? If so great. I’ve had that on hire cars and found it to be really useful.
That’s the badger, couldn’t think of the correct description!
Is this part of a pack?
Is it standard on the 128 or an option?

I've not noticed it on my M135i, perhaps I haven't had anybody in my blind spot. I am on the pro-pack only.

Had a quote back from AC for a "BMW 128ti 5dr Step Auto [Live Cockpit Professional] Hatch EU6 MY21.75" on 8K mile per year, came back with 3 x initial and then £299 , how does this compare to what others have seen or gone with?

Never leased before so this is all new to me so all input welcome.

It's surprisingly easy to become a seasoned leaser laugh

what term is that over ? 12/24/36/48 months?
does it include metallic paint?
does it include maintenance ?

i'm paying around £30 a month more for a 135i with metallic over 48 months on an 8k pa use, to give you a bench mark?

Have a flick back through the pages in this thread to compare, make sure it’s like for like though (metallic, mileage, spec). 99% of quotes will be over 3 years in the thread.

That seems decent given the low upfront payment. Most are 6 or 9 months upfront.

hey,

It's over 36 months, no colours or additional options specified, they're quite well spec'd as standard?), it is £30 a month cheaper than my initial search and I think the initial amount is less too.

My 135 was supposed to be delivered today. Apparently it’s still in Glasgow even though the Arnold Clark system is showing it as being at my local Arnold Clark branch ready for delivery to me. Now looking at delivery Friday. Bit of a pain given that at the end of the lease my insurance is going to run out a few days before the lease ends...

Mine arrived yesterday, can't believe how quick they built it, ordered 23/2, it was ready 5/5 had to leave it with AC until yesterday due to awaiting collection of my last lease.

Initial thoughts:

Comes with the digital dash and 10" centre screen (an option I didn't spec.) yay!
I like the proximity warning triangles in the side mirrors, nice wasn't aware it came with that feature (its the small things etc.)
Ride is firm, I would have opted for adaptive suspension if it was an option, it will likely get on my t!ts a bit, but meh!
Can lock & unlock car via the phone app, nice! wasn't aware prior!
I'm not convinced that the interior quality is better than the A-Class, but its certainly nothing to moan about, (touch points are good) maybe the dash plastics look a bit cheap, but meh.

Thanks to all of the legends on the PH forums that led me to this deal and this thread which has been very informative when trying to get a new car without the freedom to test drive.

Welcome any advice on how I should run it in, not sure what applies on new cars?

What additional spec did you go for if any?

I recently took out a deal on the 128ti through Arval which I found on Carwow which was:

£281 per month.
8k miles
9 x 35 (£2.5k deposit)
Black saphire metallic
Sun protection Glass
Wireless charger with enhanced Bluetooth

Vehicle in stock so being delivered Thursday. I searched long and hard and was very happy I stumbled across that deal compared to others I'd seen. When I checked a few days later it had gone up by £20 a month.

Your deal above sounds good in comparison but depends whether you would be wanting any additional spec. Think the metallic paint and sun protection glass is around £900 worth of options.

Thanks for the info, hopefully will be going to have a look at one in the flesh this weekend with SWMBO, I have signed up to Car WOW but have not followed up on any of the deals as yet. You say your deal is with Arval, all i get are deals from dealerships, maybe Im looking in the wrong place?

That's a link to the carwow search I did. Best price on there currently is £286 per month on 9×35 for 8k miles. Not sure how that compares to the deal you mentioned above.

Quick question to those who have taken delivery, how have things worked in terms of timing for your initial payment and when monthlies have started?
I am used to initial being after delivery but I hear AC want it prior to delivery is this right?

AC require the initial payment prior to delivery of the car. You can contact AC by phone on 0141 332 2626 and ask to speak to Sales Ledger to make the payment immediately over the phone, and then when you receive your email confirmation of payment you then send it to the person who has been updating you. The first monthly payment is taken the following month on the date specified in your pre-contract information document.

I ordered my 135i on March 23rd with an estimated delivery date of around 12-16 weeks, initial delivery was July 03 which I was happy with. About a month after this I have had my order put back to august the 3rd instead.

My cupra goes back June the 14th next week so I was happy being without a car for 2 weeks but not sure if I can cope for like 6 weeks...

M135i
Storm bay
Pro pack
maintenance included.
8k miles PA

3 month deposit £352.00 x 35.

The deal is too good to cancel just can’t believe it’s been pushed back a month and I’ll be without a car for so long.

If your Cupra is on lease can't you do an informal extension?

Already carried out a 6 month extension because I was struggling to find a car I wanted, can’t extend another time.
