Apologies I left out an important detail, 8k miles

This is through leaseloco. I’m more keen on a 128ti I think but leaseloco is £500pm on a stock M135i with sunroof in Skyscraper. I haven’t spoken to Arnold Clark
Ok thanks for that.
Might be worth an email to AC, see the OP in this thread for a contact name.

Hi all,

How's everyone getting on with their 128ti/M135i's?

Thoroughly enjoying my 128ti. My only regret is not getting an M135i tbh. But with that being said, the 128ti has been incredible. I'm enjoying the free tyres - I think I've had 7 or 8 so far. Not joking either!

I am over my mileage massively... whooooops! 25,000 covered in 21 months (14/15 months to go). I amon 8k PA!
Thankfully the extra mileage cost isn't too outrageous.

Great car - unbelievable deal!
Absolutely fine!
On 16.5k (2yrs old in May) from a 24k total allowance, swapped the poor Bridgestones with Pzero (star rated) at about 9/10k miles, so much better.
First service done in Dec '22, brake fluid booked in for next month.

Just bought a Fiesta ST Edition (with Mountune 260 map and parts) for me. The M135i was being shared between me and the Mrs after my M2 was sold in mid 2020 so that'll keep the mileage a bit lower on the M135i.

got riid of mine after 12 months into a 4 year lease. Really enjoyed the car, looked smart, tech just worked and it was quickish and surefooted. As some said a little numb and the noise was disappointing.

My commute changed and it was costing me £600 a month in fuel so backed it and bought a Dual Motor polestar 2 instead.
Leased through Arnold Clark? If so did you get hammered cost wise?

Leased via BMW inchcape (alphabet) - the repayments were £333 a month, i was 12 months into a 48 month contract and they charged me £265 to get out of the contract!
Haha, very good! smile

I just called my local BMW dealer and booked in the service. They could see it had service pack included so was no bother at all.
Appreciate the reply, I will call them on Monday. Was trying to go through AC, maybe that was an error on my part.
What does it state on the MyBMW app? Pick 'check status', 'Services' and it should state the service pack at the bottom if it has one.

On my order form agreement form with AC it had 'customer maintained' but when i questioned this the reply was 'the agreemnt with us is non-maintained however BMW give a service pack included directly through themselves'.

Mine does have a service pack (car ordered Feb '21) but maybe sometime later they stopped adding this?

Well that's nearly it for my M135i, all set to go back 5 months early on the 4th Jan.

My eldest is getting a new car so we are buying his 10yr old Picanto and I bought a Fiesta ST Edition earlier in the year so no need for the BMW as well for myself and the wife.
Also the front brake pad light is a ticking time bomb so rather not have to shell out for a new set and fitting just before it goes back.

It's been a great car, semi interested in getting another later in the year if i get bored of the ST although prices are silly if not buying with cash (PCP via TRL is circa £650 when you factor in tax, tyres, insurance....I can get an i4 M50 for the same money via sal sac work scheme, insurance, tyres etc included!).
AT has M135i circa 6 months old with at least Pro pack at sub £35k so looks like hte best bet although with the F70 due mid year prices might take a hit or maybe we'll have some good deals on the F70...............

Did AC insist on the fully early termination charge? I asked for a quote to hand my 128ti back in July as I had the chance to order a Toyota GR86 but they wanted too much for the early return.
AC charge 50% of the outstanding balance.

Did AC charge the remaining term @ 50%? Had to do breaks (£300) now it's needing tyres and I'm over mileage so would be open to an early termination.
Well they said it was 50% but whether I get charged or not I’m waiting to see (I’m assuming I will, I’ll update as and when I know).

What's the best method for contacting AC with queries?
See my OP.

Well my old car is for sale now, not had a final settlement figure but that’s coming early next week apparently.

For those whose cars have started to go back, what sort of charges are you seeing for damage. I’ve got one scuffed alloy and a bad stone chip.

VWFS were quite good on that respect. Saying one learned wheel was fair but the second you paid for but only £30.
I'll let you know as soon as they've done my return doc next week!
My car had nothing at all on the bodywork, just a single wheel scuff that was (from memory as i didnt measure it!) under the 50mm allowed....

How did the return go?
Was it a standard fair wear and tear inspection on collection?
No issues really.
Car was collected and driven to a local ish AC depot, so no inspection until later which I was a little dubious about but nothing has been reported so I’ve just had to pay the few outstanding months at 50%.

Was expecting this payment via DD but it never went out (generated too late near the DD date) so I’ve paid it to the supplied AC account, just waiting for confirmation from their end it’s there in the account.

Thanks. Sounds reassuringly smooth. I do prefer to have it inspected on collection for peace of mind. I guess loads of photos as evidence will have to when mine finally goes back…still no replacement lined up!
Yes I did a couple of extensive videos in case something came back as there was barely a stone chip on it!

Btw they’ve now come back and said the monies in the account and it’s all done and dusted so it was easy in the end.

Now for a new M2, 240i xdrive or M2 Comp……

Has anyone asked for a quote to extend their lease deal on the 128ti or 135i?

What about a purchase price?
Not possible.
