M135i/128ti Lease deal
Discussion
Anyone had any experience transferring an agreement with Arnold Clark?
I have 12 months left on my 3 year lease (BMW m135i), it looks like i am in for 50% of remaining term if I wish to terminate. Just exploring options as my business has opened up a salary sacrifice scheme that may make more sense going forward.

Can I ask who you spoke to about an early termination? AC direct? I have 12 months left on my 3 year lease (BMW m135i), it looks like i am in for 50% of remaining term if I wish to terminate. I waited 13 months for an i4 M50 via a salary sacrifice scheme so unless lead times have improved dramatically there may be no need to terminate early even if you order now. Will obviously depend on which car you order. I have 12 months left on my 3 year lease (BMW m135i), it looks like i am in for 50% of remaining term if I wish to terminate. Anyone who leased through AC arranged their 1st service? Do you have a best contact number to call? I did online chat to try and arrange a service and the girl said her info said customer maintained. I checked my order form and it says BMW service package, I don't think I have ever received my hire agreement either. Anyone have any experience with this and care to share their experience? Not really willing to pay for a service that I have expected to be included. Any help/suggestions welcome. TIA

I just called my local BMW dealer and booked in the service. They could see it had service pack included so was no bother at all.Grantyboy1983 said:

Appreciate the reply, I will call them on Monday. Was trying to go through AC, maybe that was an error on my part.On my order form agreement form with AC it had 'customer maintained' but when i questioned this the reply was 'the agreemnt with us is non-maintained however BMW give a service pack included directly through themselves'.
Mine does have a service pack (car ordered Feb '21) but maybe sometime later they stopped adding this?

Well that's nearly it for my M135i, all set to go back 5 months early on the 4th Jan.
My eldest is getting a new car so we are buying his 10yr old Picanto and I bought a Fiesta ST Edition earlier in the year so no need for the BMW as well for myself and the wife.
Also the front brake pad light is a ticking time bomb so rather not have to shell out for a new set and fitting just before it goes back.
It's been a great car, semi interested in getting another later in the year if i get bored of the ST although prices are silly if not buying with cash (PCP via TRL is circa £650 when you factor in tax, tyres, insurance....I can get an i4 M50 for the same money via sal sac work scheme, insurance, tyres etc included!).
AT has M135i circa 6 months old with at least Pro pack at sub £35k so looks like hte best bet although with the F70 due mid year prices might take a hit or maybe we'll have some good deals on the F70...............

Did AC insist on the fully early termination charge? I asked for a quote to hand my 128ti back in July as I had the chance to order a Toyota GR86 but they wanted too much for the early return. My eldest is getting a new car so we are buying his 10yr old Picanto and I bought a Fiesta ST Edition earlier in the year so no need for the BMW as well for myself and the wife.

Did AC charge the remaining term @ 50%? Had to do breaks (£300) now it's needing tyres and I'm over mileage so would be open to an early termination. Well they said it was 50% but whether I get charged or not I’m waiting to see (I’m assuming I will, I’ll update as and when I know). Gunslinger18 said:

What's the best method for contacting AC with queries?
See my OP. Well my old car is for sale now, not had a final settlement figure but that’s coming early next week apparently.
