Hello for anyone interested I got a quote back today for the following

M135i storm grey on 5k miles with service/tyres/AA on a 1+35 profile and it is 339.18

Adding the tech pack brings it to 360.19

Anyone know what taking the service pack and tyres off brings down the cost? Might just go back and ask directly. It will only need 1 service, anyone know who is funding this deal?

Super fast reply:
No service/tyres price comes down to 324.98 and 345.98 respectively, so £14 for service/tyres

I just had a quote there 6x35 5k £284, but I'm told I need to take the services package so would have been £274

Order timescale update - dealer expecting the car mid July currently but could change either way.

My unerstanding is that the quotes given included the standard service pack which means the cost of servicing is included. But if you want the full maintenace ie tyres brake pads etc Breakdown you would need to pay additinoal is that right ??

Correct.
Although note, breakdown is included with the car for 3yrs from new.

Correct. For me I don't really need the service pack as a friend of a friend works for a BMW garage and I may or may not get servicing at a reduced cost wink

Aa okay on my quote it say vhiecle relief is not provided so I assumed that breakdown was not included.

Yes mine does, it seems like it means they won’t give you another car themselves if yours is in for repair for example.

https://leasecar.uk/car-leasing-guide/car-leasing-...

At the end of the day BMW provide the breakdown on new vehicles so would expect this car to have it available to the leasor.
(My previous 3 leases have).

Seems to all be factory orders, nobody has reported a car is available from any stock anyway.

OK, thank you. With that in mind, should I take the fact that some lease websites (Lease Loco & Carwow) are showing some m135i models in stock with a pinch of salt?

They probably do have them in stock, in a standard spec

Cheers for that. Might’ve to be without a car for a month in that case. Hopefully worth the wait!

Just had my precontract agreement sent to me for signing. It clearly states the vehicle is customer maintained.

I'm therefore a little confused. My quote has a column for services at £11.53 per month. Do people's quotes read the same and if so are people sure this isn't some kind of fee to cover road tax, admin, etc?

I have asked Arnold Clark but expect it'll be a wait to hear back.

Car is 128ti £289.68 monthly on 3+35 8k/year
Mineral grey
Heated steering wheel
Sun protection glass

I know. Try to let me head rule and not my heart but a 135i would be tasty

My quote was the same & prompted a similar question.

AC's response - 'The agreement is a customer-maintained agreement but we purchase the BMW service package and BMW will be responsible for the servicing of the vehicle for the duration.'

I've just questioned it and apparently it's built into the deal but I'm super sceptical and think it's a quick skim for AC.

AC explained that on a non maintained quote, that entry in the services Colin is for delivery, collection and road fund licence.

So we still need to pay for a service?
