My unerstanding is that the quotes given included the standard service pack which means the cost of servicing is included. But if you want the full maintenace ie tyres brake pads etc Breakdown you would need to pay additinoal is that right ??

Correct.
Although note, breakdown is included with the car for 3yrs from new.

Aa okay on my quote it say vhiecle relief is not provided so I assumed that breakdown was not included.
Yes mine does, it seems like it means they won’t give you another car themselves if yours is in for repair for example.

https://leasecar.uk/car-leasing-guide/car-leasing-...

At the end of the day BMW provide the breakdown on new vehicles so would expect this car to have it available to the leasor.
(My previous 3 leases have).

Do AC have any cars in stock or are they all factory order?
Seems to all be factory orders, nobody has reported a car is available from any stock anyway.

I had enquired previously so received a great quote. It would be unfair of me to publish that figure as new quotes would be higher.
Unfair on who?
Indeed, prices change on things all the time.

As a matter of interest when did you get the quote and do you know for a fact prices have gone up? Thanks.

Hi I’m new to the forum but been looking for the past few years now finally signed up.

I’ve emailed regarding one of these m135i deals I’m in 2 minds if to opt for the pro pack. Quick question does anyone know if when you opt for an additional pack on a car do you then have to then declare wheels etc on insurance or when you put your reg in and it finds the car will they already have these details ?

Sorry if this has been asked before
Some insurance companies might want to know optional extras fitted at manufacture (not had that asked myself, or I don’t recall doing).
Things like the 19” wheels etc aren’t modifications if that is what you are thinking.
I would of thought the packs would be associated to the car reg though as the emissions rate changes (eg 552m alloy option increases the first VED cost).

I'm with VWFS on my current lease which goes back in September. I'm sure they do 3 informal and 3 formal. I reckon you should be good.
Yes VWFS are very flexible so you should be ok.

Not sure ALD (my Leon Cupra financer) are and it’ll probably be a rigid date and that will be that.

I’m also with ALD. My GTI goes back at the end of May. Have enquired about extending if required. Haven’t heard anything back!

August delivery doesn’t sound great!
Ok let me know what they say when/if they get back to you!
I’ve had mine 2 years on the 9th August so not too bad, unless the current mid July delivery date slips a chunk that is....

That’s interesting, I was quoted £369/month for that exact same spec, and £336/month without pro pack - I’d happily go another 9 quid a month for the pro pack - anyone know why these quotes all seems so different even though they’re from the same place?
Mine is £342 & 11.7p per excess miles on the same spec although it doesn't quote the mats.....i'll be mightly annoyed if the car turns up without mats! Never had a new car turn up without mats going back over 20+ years.

Possibly they have bumped the prices recently, I think i read someone else say recently the prices seemed to have gone up slightly?

Would be a nice surprise.
On babybmw it's said that they've had to go to the Live Cockpit Professional due to the semi-conductor shortage, this would include the larger screen.

From an Autoexpress 1 series review;

The M135i xDrive benefits from the addition of two 10.25-inch screens operating BMW’s latest infotainment system – these look great, are easy to read on the move and are easier to navigate than Mercedes’ slightly convoluted MBUX. The BMW Live Cockpit Professional system is a £1,000 option for all other cars, which make do with analogue dials and a central 8.8-inch screen as standard.

Quick order update.

From Arnold Clark, my estimated delivery date has moved back from July to Aug.

However I have done some digging with BMW directly and have a May build slot and May delivery.

Currently taking both with a pinch of salt until I know car has gone in to build.
How do you go about getting this informaiton from BMW please?
Yes would be good to know.
Mine now says 9th August from 16th July. Ironically the 9th August will be the 2yrs up for my current Leon Cupra lease.

Thanks for that.

No I haven’t heard anything from them (i haven’t tried to contact them) just the broker (Leasing Options) reminding me my lease is up for renewal in 6 months time.

So I take it the 7th August date quoted there is 90 days after your official lease expiry date?
I guess the only trouble with extending it is I’ll run into the second service if I’m not careful (1st service was done 24th August last year, I purposely did it a couple of weeks after I got the car the year before).

Well at least there is an option there in any case to have it a bit longer!

I've just signed up to this deal with Arval:

128ti
6+35 at £298 per month
5k
Misano Blue
Sun Protection Glass
Extended Bluetooth

Due for delivery end of March
The AC prices are quite a chunk cheaper but are factory orders, maybe paying extra for the earlier delivery there.

My quote was £280 from AC for the equivalent model albeit on 3+35. I can't be waiting until August for delivery so I am happy to pay a slight premium.
thumbup

Enjoy! Post pics in here just to annoy all of us with the long wait. laugh

The lead time works in with my current lease but can understand it won’t with everyone.

Likewise but early June in my email
Hopefully my M135i will be sooner as the last email said early August and my mid July delivery changed to 9th August on the tracker.
Think I ordered a few weeks before yourself as well (11th Feb according to the tracker).

It arrives when it arrives! Haha.

My M135i is now due mid June, they are currently working their way through the list letting people know.
Leanne emailed, mine is still mid July at dealer and tracker still showing 9th August.

I’d imagine Arnold Clark (I’m assuming that’s who you’re going through) would find a link to a dealer for PDI a bit closer to the cars final destination with the customer rather than move all vehicles from Southampton, up to Scotland and then out to customers around the UK. But, I could be wrong.
Mine says Harry Fairbairn Giffnock (Glasgow), I'm north west England and much nearer Sheffield (Sytner i assume) or alot of other places!
