My colleague ordered hers on 19 Feb and was delivered today.

Look decent in Storm Bay!

Try to see the spec/colour you want in person. This helped me decide

Yeah that’s a problem. The closest dealer isn’t the one I got my best quote from and I think it would be quite rude to go in and sit in cars and maybe even test drive and then buy elsewhere!

Test drive it and give them the option to beat/match your best quote

Mineral (M135i) is what I ordered, saw a Storm bay 128ti on a local walk and it looked good as well (Mrs not 100% keen though on the colour).

This sold me on the mineral and funnily enough a bloke literally over the road from me has just got a mineral M135i! Does look good (although this isn’t it, pulled this image from Babybmw).

I’ve already spoken to the closest dealer, they can’t get anywhere close to AC, nearly £40pm more expensive.

Yes I’m also being told mid June despite the fact that it’s already in transit to the UK. I suspect they’re trying to manage the influx of cars at the dealership and the logistics of PDIs/delivery etc. Will be pushing for as quick a turn around as possible

How do you know it's in transit please?

Ordered my M135 (ac lease) 17th Feb, it’s at the dealers and being delivered to me next week...

I hope the new car excitement lasts, otherwise it could be a long 3 years.

Great news! What spec did you order?

Mineral grey is very smart - I had a F21 M135i back in 2014 and loved the understated look of that colour. Would definitely spec it again if/when I next go for a BMW.

Normally I’d be dead set against a grey colour but that looks very smart.

I think I've got my spec nailed down: https://configure.bmw.co.uk/en_GB/configid/q24qdv2...

maybe.

Kept is basic which is what we do with the lease cars, plus I wanted to keep standard 18s as roads awful here.

So, Melbourne red (took me a while to decide on that one) and sun protection, that’s it. Having bought a new M135i in 2013 I was pleasantly surprised how much kit came as standard.

I’m also trying to keep my spec basic, H&K, Mineral Grey and sun protection glass. I keep flip flopping on the adaptive Led Lights too. During the winter it can be dark by 4pm here so I do spend quite a bit of time driving in the dark.
