Yay! Car arrived in the UK. Not sure how long from this point..... Got a company car to give back.
Mine due at the dealers end of next so they need a few days to get it delivered after that. Am I better off waiting for the 1st of the month so my invoice comes at the end of June? I've asked AC the question, didnt know when others had their invoices.

Looking at the weather it looks like we’re in for rain for a while. So here’s a shot I took when it was delivered.

Glad I took the red bits off!
Car looks amazing! Love the bi colour wheels with black!

Got a test drive booked in a 128ti on Saturday. About time I capitalised on my positive equity in my i30N.

Planning on getting Storm Grey, any other absolute must have options? I'd like CarPlay but begrudge paying for the whole pack it comes in!

Storm BAY is a strange colour if the lights not shining on it but when it is there's a lovely fleck to it.

I could be wrong here (I think most of us who have ordered through Arnold Clark may have had a touch), but I think everything that the car comes with as standard is pretty brilliant.

Large infotainment screen, live cockpit, lane assist etc.

The only thing which I wish I would’ve specified is the wireless charger. The Apple CarPlay works wirelessly with my iPhone 12. If I could couple that with a wireless charger it would be the ultimate set up.

For the price the standard spec is very impressive. A golf GTI needs thousands in options added to meet the same spec.

Also doing this - life is too short!

Where did you manage to find a 128 for a test drive? Sytner and Rybrook here in the Midlands keep saying they don't have one available

And let’s be real here.

Cardiff Sytner is where I’m going, only 15 miles from me. Brand shiny new showroom so they’ve got everything I think, haha!

My M135i has landed at the dealer, delivery will have to wait until the DVLA have returned my private reg retention certificate which might be a few weeks yet given the quoted timescales.
So late May or early June delivery hopefully. Want to get the Cupra sent back before mid June or I’ll have to renew the insurance for only a few weeks.

I was told yesterday that my M135 is now in the UK and still have ETA of late may, but could be sooner or later - how soon have others had their cars delivered from that point?

I am in the same boat, been told on Monday it will land with the dealer in the next week or so and then take a few days to organise onward transport.

I had my retention certificate back within a week or so but it only said Arnold Clark not Arnold Clark finance which they need it to say.
Had to send it back to DVLA with a cover letter stating it must say Arnold Clark finance which itself won’t fit into the company name box on the certificate.

Finding AC quite vague with responses, having to prompt them for updates. Telling me ‘late may is all the info we have at this time’ when it’s already mid May..

I did squeeze Arnold Clark Finance on mine even though not enough boxes as you say. Sent it back 2 and a half weeks ago. Enquired with the DVLA on webchat and they said current turnaround is 4 weeks although they can’t tell you on progress of specific plates.
I sent mine first class and not recorded so I hope they actually have it and it’s not lost in the post.
