F30 320i M-Sport X-Drive - Any issues?

Afternoon all. Daughters boyfriend looking to upgrade from his current hatchback to something more grown up and has landed on the above as an option. Looking at 2013-2014 manual cars with 50-80k miles in the <£10k price bracket.

Any particular issues with these, especially from a drivetrain perspective, he should look out for?

I am not sure I would go xDrive as you get better value without and there are various issues with such systems regardless of manufacturer. The make sure it's got a good service history

Unless you live in the North and rural I'd avoid the x drive. Handling not so good as all x drives use SE suspension (even msport) and also it'll use more fuel as it weighs more than the rwd version
