To CSL or not to CSL

There's quite a few CSL's for sale on there too - just make sure it's not an ex track demo car.
Just sold mine, and I'm missing it like mad already. CSLs are Bargain of the Century at present....
Nothing wrong with a tracked one BTW, they are built to endure it, and I reckon a bit of hard work makes them better as they fulfil the design criteria. Mine was an absolute belter. Much, much more than just a parts-bin special and a completely different dimension to drive to a cooking M3. Change to a CSL and you will forgive all, including having to sucker a TOM TOM to the windscreen. Best BMW ever made.
Two reasons. Firstly is that I am now racing an E36 M3GT and it takes up all my spare time that would otherwise have filled with lappery in the CSL and therefore the car was not being used in its most natural habitat. Poor thing, it was straining on its leash on the road, annoying innocent 911s, torturing pretty Ferraris and barking all sorts of induction fury at TVRs. Vets orders.. Muzzle it or lose it.
The second reason is my overdraft is somewhere south of the Brazilian GDP at present, so common sense prevailed....
