E34 Electrical fault Wipers / windows / locking

Hi, I have a problem with my E34 touring that has just occured, all of the electric windows have stopped working along with the central locking and the wipers now only work on fast speed and will not park automatically, all these problems happened at the same time. Anyone had something similar happen or any suggestions?

I'm going to be really really patronising and suggest it's a fuse gone, or maybe more than one.

Under the back seat there is a second fuse box,all the fuses are OK except a 7.5 amp one for the central locking which pops as soon as you replace it, all other fuses are fine.
