Just Seen our old 320ci convertible is up at the main dealer for £3,495 more than the part ex price.

Ok not an M3 but maybe this is an indication of the margins perhaps ?

Sounds about right, deduct VAT on the difference between buying and actual sale price, Warranty, General Prep and overallowance/discount and they probably nett £1200-£1500.... or if they are unlucky end up bailing out of it next spring for what it owes them!
