First sunny day of my easter break from uni yest., and I cleaned my car for 5 hours (t-cut,polish and wax) I had charged the battery up and it fired up 1st time. Good old bimmers. couple of things I noticed, my passener window wont go up or downunless you keep hold of the switch, unlike the drivers. is there a common problem there that I can fix? Ive got some new sills plates (OEM) coz the original ones are tatty, how easy are the old ones to take off? how do u do it? havent got any clips with the new ones. The sunroof intermitantly works/doesnt't work, is this a common problem?how can that be sorted?

My car btw has gone from looking dull and depressing to looking ing fantastic, like a whol brand new car. Sexual is the only way to describe the Calypso red beaut.

I always thought that the drivers window was the only one that went down with one push of the button....every BMW Ive been in have been that way!

Unfortunately not mate, but you could do worse than scoot through Ebay to see if someone has those things. other than that try German Swedish & French, they usually have a good supply of BM parts and if they dont Im sure they know someone who does!
