Does anyone know if replacement front discs are only available from BMW, or is there an alternative out there?

There are a host of aftermarket brake discs available for your car.EBC,Tarrox,HiSpec to name but a few.Demon Tweeks,Rally Design or Branded Untouchable (who I use) Tel. [phone] will be able to advise/supply you.Most of the afformentioned are performance upgrades.Depending on where you live,standard spec discs may be obtained from German Swedish & French on 01903 236980.Hope you find this info of some use,GTWayne.

Maybe worth speaking to Burriana's mate Stu who has a few BMs including a highly modified Z3. He should be fully upto speed on local independents who can do brakes etc cheaper than main dealer.

BWM want £170 plus vat per disc, £134 plus vat for a set of pads.
