Front bumper re-installation on an E46 sport

When I first bought my 330i sport I couldn't help but notice how little clearance the front bumper has and decided at the time that it was only a matter of time before I damaged it on a high kerb.
Sure enough, spot of carelessness in Ikea on Sunday and the right side of my front bumper now needs re-hanging on the car. What I couldn't quite work out last night was just how it's held together and what I need to do to resolve.

Does anyone have a link to a guide or suggestion on how best to resolve?
Failing that, do I need to ask my local dealer to do the job?
